How Do I Place An Order?

Method: 3 easy steps!

  • Select an item you like and add it to your shopping cart
  • Proceed to the checkout page
  • Choose shipping method (prepaid/cod) and fill in the required details. That’s it, you are done!

We have tied up with reputed courier companies who will deliver the product at your doorstep with 3-5 working days

How Will I Know If Order Is Placed Successfully?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

I Tried Placing My Order Using My Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking, But The Order Was Not Successful. What Happens To The Money Deducted From The Card?

Call or email us at support@rawatstore.com if you are unsure about your order status.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. You can also check your order status using one of the following methods below:

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care at support@rawatstore.com as soon as possible with your order number. Please ensure you cancel your order before it has been shipped in order to get full refund.

If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of Prepaid orders refunds will be processed as per our return policy.

I Am Placing An Order As A Gift To My Loved One. Will She Receive The Price Tags And Invoice?

Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.

Do You Allow Exchanges?

Yes, one exchange is allowed per order however please note the shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

* Please note no return or exchange is allowed on items purchased during special sale events such as Festive Sale, Holiday Sale, End of season Sale, Winter Clearance, products priced at Rs.499 and below.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

No, you have to place another order.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept payments via a range of payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Is There A Charge For Cash On Delivery Purchases?

No, there are no additional charges for COD orders.

How Can I Pay If COD Option Is Not Available On My Address

No problem, you can pay using your card or through net banking.

What Should I Do If My Payment Fails?

Call us on our customer care number and we will help you place your order.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

We will usually dispatch your product within 24-48 hours and deliver it within 3-5 working days.

Are There Any Shipping Charges?

We have partnered with reputed logistic companies which deliver within 6-8 working days however we cannot guarantee the delivery time due to reasons beyond our control such as flight delays etc.

What Is The Buyer Return Policy?

We accept returns within 7 days from delivery subject to the following terms and conditions being met.

  • Product should be unused
  • All original tags should not be removed from the garment
  • The original invoice should be returned along with the product
  • Product should be received by us in sealed condition

We will issue store credit equivalent to the selling price of the product after deducting shipping charges if any.

*Please note if you have used a coupon, all items will have to be returned. We do not allow partial returns however one-time exchange is allowed.

* Please note no return or exchange is allowed on items purchased during special sale events such as Holiday Sale, Festive Sale, Mid-season Sale, End of season Sale, Winter Clearance, products priced at Rs.499 and below.

A guide on ‘How to return or exchange’ can be found below:

Step 1: Email us at support@rawatstore.com stating your order number and return request.

Step 2: Reverse pick up gets arranged within 72 working hours after receiving your return/exchange request.

Step 3:  Handover the products to be returned/exchanged to the logistics team in original packing condition along with the tag, Invoices etc. Ensure the product is securely packed. Please clearly mention the return address:

Step 4: Returned packet reaches our warehouse facility and on passing QC, refund will be issued in the form of store credit for return request and replacement order will be dispatched for exchange request.

This can take up to 14 days.

What Is The Buyer Exchange Policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, we allow a one time exchange.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

When Will I Get My Refund?

It will take 7-14 days to process your refund once the returned product has been approved by our quality check team. We will issue store credit equivalent to the selling price of the product. For any other queries, please feel free to contact us on support@rawatstore.com

How Can I Check My Order Status?

Following confirmation of your order, we send you an email with an order tracking ID and link where you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
